Business Culture Consultants Framework

Integrating personal growth and professional accomplishments to transform organizational culture and build engagement.

What are the essential elements to experience meaning and fulfillment no matter what enterprise we’re engaged in? How do we make a positive impact in our relationships, our communities, and the larger society?

For me the answer is now clear—it is the integration of personal growth and professional accomplishment. The old model—we have our “business identities and competencies” in one part of our life, and our exploration of what it means to be truly human, separate from “what we do”—no longer works well.

This also has implications for organizational culture, including leadership, group processes, and engagement with staff, customers, and stakeholders.

“I first met Flip during the interview process for my CPCO role and was pleased to learn that he would be supporting my orientation. Flip was generous with his time and an insightful and thoughtful leadership partner. I was struck by his desire to make things better and help people succeed, and was grateful for his honest perspective. Flip’s focus on respect, boundaries, care and personal growth, left their mark on me and on others he worked with. Thanks Flip!”

How to Enact Change in Your Business & Life

Fortunately, we now have valuable tools, based on both data from research and practical applications to facilitate this process. I am fortunate to have been a student of organizational culture, positive psychology, and team dynamics for over twenty-five years.

Combining the verbal/visual/hidden patterns of communication, interaction, and behaviors in the workplace, along with the specific Inner Development Goals framework fosters a synergy of positive effort, engaged commitment, and real results.

I would be honored to be your guide in this process (as my own process continues).
